Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received for any reason, please complete our Product Return Form or contact our Returns Department at 800-222-6047. All orders must be reviewed immediately by the customer upon receipt to check for any damage or loss of the product. Such issues should be reported within 10 days of delivery and must include photographs of the damage or loss.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available only on total purchases of $199 or more and applies to ground shipments within the contiguous 48 states for products weighing less than 150 lbs. Shipping charges will be added to all orders under $199 or that contain oversized items or any item weighing 150 lbs or more.

Warranties
