Return Policy All standard items—excluding special orders, loose stones, modified or clearance items, 18K and Platinum pieces, gift certificates, or Holiday-themed apparel—are eligible for a ten (10) calendar day return window. Shipping Policy To protect cardholders, all items must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card. Customers are not permitted to reroute packages.
