Shipping Policy

ZENZII ships all domestic orders within the 48 Contiguous United States via United States Postal Service. Free First Class Mail shipping is available for all domestic purchases exceeding $50. International returns are not eligible for free shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return any unused, undamaged, and undiscounted ZENZII jewelry. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from the ZENZII returns department. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed, and an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
