Warranty Policy

At Zak Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality products. While we take care during manufacturing, unexpected issues can occur. Therefore, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on select items.

Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping options via FedEx, UPS, and USPS within the US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS. Orders placed before 2 pm PST are typically processed within 1-2 business days. All shipments originate from our US warehouse at aviation heights.

Return Policy

You can return any replacement parts within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the returned item amount within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
