Shipping Policy

We provide local delivery in southern Westchester County and southwestern Connecticut. It is free for orders of $150 or more before tax. For orders below the $150 threshold, a fee of $25 will apply.

Cancellation Policy

An order cancellation occurs when a buyer places an order that has not yet been delivered. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied once the letter of credit is issued.

Return Policy

A returned order is any item that has been delivered and subsequently returned or rejected by the buyer. A restocking fee of 10% of the sales amount will be charged. Returns are only accepted within 90 days of purchase and must be for current vintage wines that Zachys has in stock.
