Warranty

Youpinchoose offers a warranty period of twenty-four (24) months, starting from February 1, 2021, on all products. Unless otherwise mandated by EU law, Youpinchoose is not liable for any warranty duration exceeding the period specified by the manufacturers and suppliers. They uphold the rights and claims that each customer possesses.

Repair

To request a repair, please send an email to [email protected] with a detailed description of the defect. Include a short video or photos, along with the serial number and the invoice in PDF format. Upon receipt of your email, they will respond within 24 business hours.

Return

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers must first submit a return form. Once Youpinchoose approves the return request, the product can be shipped back. Ensure that the item is new, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals.
