Rescheduling Policy

You are allowed to reschedule or cancel tickets up to 8 hours prior to the event. Ticket sales for all Design a Sign events must close four business days before the event date.

Promotions

Promotional codes can be redeemed directly on the website. Each promotional code can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or combined with other offers.

Refund Policy

Tickets for their events are non-refundable. However, rescheduling codes provided to you do not expire, allowing you to redeem them at your convenience. These codes will replace any voucher used on your initial ticket.

Experience Fee

Upon purchasing tickets, you may be charged for materials related to the selected event. If you reschedule to a less expensive experience than the original, no refund will be issued for the difference in experience fees.
