Shipping Policy

Shipping times may be delayed due to high carrier volume during this time of year. Please allow at least 3 business days and up to 7 days for your order to be in transit. If your package is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact hi@yanasleep.com.

Return Policy

Yana offers a partial refund for unopened, undamaged items returned within 45 days of purchase. The refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.

Damage Policy

Yana provides a replacement for any damaged items reported within 15 days of delivery, with proof of damage. To report a damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged item, the law tag on the product, and the condition of the original shipping box to hi@yanasleep.com.
