Cancellation Policy

To maintain the integrity of their Healer schedules, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, a $50 fee will apply. You can cancel an appointment by contacting us via phone or through the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.

Late Policy

They will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee service if you arrive more than five minutes late. A $50 late cancellation fee will be charged if they are unable to reschedule your appointment within 7 days.

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items such as opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools, sound therapy products, and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash unless legally mandated.
