Warranty

All Wotofo products come with a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. For items purchased through the official Wotofo website, you must provide the order number along with a photo or video demonstrating the defect to their customer service team at [email protected].

Refund Policy

If a refund is requested 24 or more hours after payment, the refund will be granted based on the specific circumstances: a refund is possible if the returned parcel can be sent back to their warehouse. If the package is already in transit, you will need to return it once it arrives at the destination.

Orders

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed within 24 hours. Orders made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
