Warranty 

Well-Bean Coffee Roasters happily accepts valid warranty claims when submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers must cover the return shipping costs upfront; however, they will be reimbursed once the warranty claim is approved. After receiving the returned items for a warranty claim, Well-Bean Coffee Roasters will process the claim within 7 days.

Return

Well-Bean Coffee Roasters gladly accepts returns for change of mind, provided a request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.
