Return of Merchandise

Please wait until you have submitted your request before mailing any returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns (excluding defective items). They strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number in case they do not receive your parcel. Wee Squeak is not liable for any loss of shipment during returns.

Exchange Procedure

Please submit your exchange request through the return portal. Upon receiving unused shoes in their original condition, they will dispatch the new size.

The Gift Card

Final sale items from clearance — Clearance items are final and cannot be returned. Special offers — These are the last of their kind and are non-returnable. Purchases made from any online seller other than Wee Squeak are also non-returnable. Shipping costs for items bought from resale shops or non-retail sources are non-refundable. Before returning any items, review your order details and the email used for the purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. To qualify, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. They should also be in their original packaging. It is recommended to try shoes on a carpeted surface. Please do not send any returns before completing your return request.
