Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping takes 5-10 business days for $7.95, and 3-7 business days for $9.95. We also offer 2nd Business Day Air and Next Business Day Air options. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are only eligible for USPS ground shipping. Apart from custom or made-to-order lenses, any order placed and prescription verified before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will typically ship on the same day. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. It usually takes 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available online.

Return Policy

Made-to-order lenses are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the lenses are defective as confirmed by the manufacturer (see the Defective Lens Returns section below). WebEyeCare will only accept returns of unopened, undamaged, unopened, and original condition products. Items purchased more than 365 days ago are ineligible for return. Additionally, WebEyeCare cannot accept returns of lens packs within 30 to 90 packs.
