Return Policy
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days (from the date of receipt) in their original condition. After this period, we reserve the right to approve a refund or exchange.

Delays in Services
Orders placed before 1pm GMT from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time may still be processed but are not guaranteed to ship the same day. If not processed the same day, they will be handled on the next available business day.
Shipping Costs and Returns
Most WALK London customers enjoy free shipping at checkout, regardless of their location, which we cover cost-wise. If you return an item after using the free shipping service, a deduction will be applied to your refund, covering the value of the shipping service as shown at checkout.
