Gift Card Details

Gift cards are provided free of charge and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Please note, we can only deliver to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories. Gift cards cannot be purchased online and then picked up in-store. Additionally, PayPal and gift cards cannot be used as payment methods to buy gift cards.

Return Policy

Customers can return any opened or unopened merchandise bought from any Vitamin Shoppe channel to any Vitamin Shoppe store within 30 days. If accompanied by a receipt, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Without a receipt, customers will receive a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price in the past 30 days.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders will be packed and shipped within 48 hours, subject to verification of billing details and chosen shipping method. International orders, as well as orders containing gift cards, out-of-stock items, or refrigerated items, will be processed as quickly as possible but cannot be shipped on the same day.
