Warranty Policy

Starting from the date of purchase, all cameras are covered by a one-year warranty, and all accessories are covered by a three-month warranty. VIOFO also offers a Product Registration Program that enables customers to extend their warranty by an additional 6 months. Once registered, the warranty period extends from 12 months to 18 months.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping fees) or an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways if the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our part. Please ensure the item is returned with its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
