Return Policy

They hope you are satisfied with the items you receive. However, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are deemed faulty.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays), with a cut-off time of 4 pm for same-day processing. Free Royal Mail Tracked 48® shipping is available for all UK orders over £100 (note that this does not include next-day delivery). Since all engagement rings are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Refund Policy
