Shipping Policy

If an order is placed before 3:00 PM MST, it will be shipped from Utah on the same day. Please note that weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not included. Vaporstore will insure all packages to reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a complaint. If the item remains unused, it will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, minus shipping costs, regardless of whether the customer paid for it or not.
