Refund Policies for Cancellations

If you cancel your trip, cancellation fees will be waived. The refund amount (minus the cost of the TPP premium) will be issued as travel credit or to the original payment method, depending on the type of TPP purchased.

Distribution of Refunds as Travel Credit

Travel credits are distributed equally among all adult (18+) passengers on the original reservation. For reservations with children under 18, their travel credits are divided equally among the adult passengers. Refunds in the form of travel credit are typically processed within one to two business days after cancellation.
