Shipping Policy

Order processing takes 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping, or 1-2 business days for expedited and in-store pickup orders. Items that include a "Handling" fee are not eligible for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.

Return Policy

Tech products can be returned within 15 days with a receipt, provided they are in new, sellable condition and include all packaging and components. Unopened items will receive a full refund, while opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Coupon

The coupon is valid on one regular-priced item and will be applied to the highest priced eligible item. It excludes shipping fees, textbooks, tickets, food, gift cards, The Red Shirt, Lands' End products, Love Your Melon, Public Access Lands items, all Standard Chair of Gardner products, magazines, computers, computer accessories, consumer electronics, academic apparel, and any special or online orders.

Clearance Policy

They source clearance items from each of their five locations, which may cause a delay in pulling those items. Additionally, if you place an order for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, processing time may be extended while they check all locations for discontinued items.
