Shipping Policy

The company provides Free Standard shipping with insurance to any location within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available; however, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued. All returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive the item.

Resizing Policy

Within 60 days of the original shipment date, US Jewelry Factory offers complimentary ring resizing up to a size 8, with free shipping for both ways.

Warranty Policy

US Jewelry Factory will restore the original finish at no cost within a 6-month period. Any defects in materials or workmanship existing at the time of delivery will be repaired free of charge. Please note, genuine center diamonds are not covered under this warranty.
