Shipping Policy

Customers eligible for their distributor discount will forfeit the $20.00 flat rate and must provide U.S. Box with a valid, current UPS and FedEx account number for shipping.

Return Policy

Return authorizations must be granted within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are not permitted on any custom orders or, by law, on FDA-approved food items, including all tins.
