Return Policy

Most products sold by United-states-flag.com come with a free exchange or replacement within 30 days from the shipment date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Shipping Policy

The American Flag Store offers free economy shipping on orders of $75 or more (with some limitations). Free shipping applies to 48 contiguous states. Expedited shipping options are available, but additional charges may apply.

Warranty Policy

Flags must be severely worn or faded to qualify for replacement under warranty. They expect some signs of wear after 6 months of use. Replacement is limited to once, and they reserve the right to determine what constitutes "heavily worn".
