Order Tracking

Embroidery orders typically take approximately 3 to 4 days to process. During this period, your order status will display as "Ready to ship." Once your item has been embroidered and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unwashed, unworn, unembroidered, and properly labeled. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Due to high seasonal demand and limited stock, all holiday print items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for the product cost through the original payment method (such as cheque or credit card). Shipping fees for the original order or for return shipments are non-refundable. If you paid via credit card, the refund should appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
