Shipping Policy

Most packages depart from their Houston, TX warehouse within 1-2 business days after you place your order. The estimated shipping duration begins once the package leaves their warehouse. Shipping times start from the moment the package departs.

Return Policy

Print and affix the provided label to the outside of your return package. They apologize, but APO shipments must be handled as international shipments (see below). If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not receive reimbursement for the shipping costs.
