All parts are guaranteed to be high-quality, first-grade merchandise. No warranty is provided or implied if the customer causes damage through improper installation techniques or product misuse. Special order parts, items not available on the website, custom-designed products, and other specialty items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, RL Carriers, Pilot Freight, Vision Express, or other Freight Services unless prior approval is obtained. All shipments include signature confirmation, home delivery, and are non-insured. USPS is used exclusively for APO/Military shipments and overseas orders under 30 lbs.

Gift Returns

If you receive a gift purchased from Umnitza, you may return the gift, and a credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account within 12 months. The item must be eligible for return and must be shipped back and received at our warehouse within the timeframe specified in our Standard Return Policy.
