If you are not entirely satisfied with a product purchased from Ukutune, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Refunds (to your original payment method only) will be issued if the product qualifies under our warranty policy. All returns for non-defective reasons (such as change of mind) are subject to return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

Ukutune provides a warranty solely to the original purchaser that the instrument purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and will function properly for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
