Cancellation Policy

Unexecuted orders will automatically cancel (expire) once the order duration expires. For instance, if you submit an order with a 3-minute duration, it will automatically cancel if not executed within that time frame.

Price Policy

Charges are billed monthly after adding Real-Time Data features to the TradeStation platform. Exchange fees are non-prorated and nonrefundable.

Exchange Policy

You can modify your data services directly through the website in the Client Center. After logging into the TradeStation Client Center, click on the “Add/Remove Optional Data Services” link located in the Quick Links menu.
