Shipping Policy

Shipping is available only within the continental United States for Sago Mini & Toca Life boxes. Monthly boxes are typically shipped around the 15th of each month. If you have a subscription for a Sago Mini or Toca Life Box, you can view and track your upcoming shipments through your personal account page.

Return Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle. Since annual subscriptions are prepaid, they are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. However, you have the option to disable auto-renewal on your annual plan.
