Free shipping is available on orders over C$125, excluding Customized and Fan shop orders. Shipping fee is C$15. Please allow 7 to 10 days for standard delivery, and 10 to 15 days for customized and fan shop products. Shipping to PO Boxes is not available.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for purchases made at timex.ca. Items bought from local stores or other websites must be returned to their original point of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item. The refund, minus shipping costs, will be credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are not available.
