Delivery Information

They offer flowers, plants, and specialty gifts across the United States and Canada. An additional shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied to each order. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available. In most areas within the United States and Canada, orders placed by 2 p.m. in the recipient's time zone are typically delivered on the same day (earlier delivery times may apply in some regions or during holidays).

Incorrect Address

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the sender can choose to leave the gift in a safe location for pickup later or the delivery will be attempted again the following day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or does not accept the delivery, the attempt will be made on the next business day. During holiday seasons, deliveries may be made as late as 5 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the bouquet or specialty gift has been delivered or is in the process of delivery. If your order is scheduled for delivery today and you wish to cancel, please contact them immediately to verify the status of your order.
