Refund Policy

To request a refund for a webinar, please contact Surgent at (800) 778-7436 or info@surgent.com at any time before the webinar begins (not applicable for Unlimited Webinar Package customers). Transfers are also available. Refunds for self-study courses can be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that no CPE credit has been awarded.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via FedEx ground service. Typical delivery takes 3-5 days from the shipping date. All shipments originate from Pennsylvania. Overnight shipping is available for $19.95 plus standard shipping charges. Two-day delivery is available for $9.95 plus standard shipping charges.
