Due to their extensive inventory, 99% of all orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, whether through their website or over the phone, will be shipped within 1 business day. All products are shipped via UPS or USPS. As usual, all orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Return Policy

Full refunds for returns are only granted if the received item is defective due to the manufacturer.
