Customs Fees

As of November 12th, 2021, they ship orders to the EU, Europe, and the Rest of the World from their new warehouse in the Netherlands. This means that customers within the EU will not incur any additional fees on their orders. Happy days!

Return Policy

You can return unused, unopened Sugru packs within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please send them an email at [email protected] and inform them that you are returning your order.
