Withholding Tax

You agree that all fees paid to Splice are made without any withholding tax and will not be subject to deduction for such taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes imposed on the payment of fees to Splice.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to third-party plug-ins and will be unable to use previously purchased presets in new recordings and creative projects.

Payment Plans

The payment plans will charge you via installment each month on the date corresponding to your initial purchase of the third-party plugin. If that date does not exist in a given month, the charge will be made on the last day of that month.

Subscription

As a subscriber, you will receive monthly credits to download sample packs, individual samples (including loops and singles), MIDI patterns, and presets for popular plug-ins.
