Shipping Policy

Your initial shipment will arrive within 7 to 10 days after placing your order. Subsequent shipments will be dispatched approximately every 3 months. They collaborate with local carriers specializing in wine distribution to ensure your wine is shipped under optimal conditions. The carriers will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the wine to the sender.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the wine is corked or defective. They cannot accept returns for wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during transit.
