Warranty Policy

Your mattress is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from the date it is delivered. Should a warranty claim be necessary, the manufacturer will repair or replace any mattress component or the entire mattress free of charge during this period.

Delivery Fee

If you're unsure whether you qualify for free shipping, please contact the provider. Accessories are shipped via courier service. A small fee may be charged for orders under £40 or for deliveries outside the UK mainland.

Return Policy

From the date of delivery, you have 100 nights to ensure you are satisfied with your mattress. If you find it unsuitable, they will arrange for it to be collected and issue a full refund. Please note: There is a 30-day adjustment period after receiving a new mattress.
