Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one business day after processing. In some instances, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Return Policy

The return process is straightforward. You can return your purchase within 365 days from the date it was shipped. If your order was shipped within the United States, you can start a return at any time by visiting our Returns Center. Just log in using your Order Number and the Zip code of your shipping address. If you don't have your Order Number and Zip code, you can select "Start with an Email address" or choose "Continue with Google".

E-Gift Card Option

Alternatively, you can opt to receive an E-Gift Card for your return. Choosing this option will waive the $9.99 return label fee. To return your item for an E-Gift Card, simply select the E-Gift Card option at the final step within the Return's Portal during the return process.
