Return Policy

The policy duration is 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Gift Policy

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. After the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.
