In Distribution

ROSSIGNOL's official flagship store provides free shipping on all products. They partner with SF Express and MS as their delivery service providers, and currently do not offer the option to specify a preferred carrier. By default, all orders are shipped via SF Express. For areas that SF Express cannot directly service, shipments will be forwarded to EMS.

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers can return products without reason within seven days, provided the items and packaging are kept in their original condition—tags intact, unused, unwashed, and with all accessories included—and the return does not affect resale. This service applies to mainland China orders. If a paper invoice was included, please send it back together with the return package.
