Cost

Upgrade fees depend on the booked travel price and start at EUR 49. When calculating the total travel cost, all participant prices are considered, except for discount codes and any additional booked services such as seat reservations or excursions on the airplane.

ROBINSON now offers complete flexibility and security for your vacation planning: by upgrading to the bookable Flex Tariff, you benefit from free rebooking and cancellation options up to 15 or 29 days before your arrival.

Payment Methods

For paying for your trip, you can select from the following options: Credit Card Payment, SEPA Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. There are no transaction fees when paying by credit card.

Free Cancellation

ROBINSON provides a 3-day free cancellation period. To qualify, your trip must commence at least 28 days in advance, and the booking must be a TUI Deutschland product (TUI D, not XTUI), including charter flights.
