Return Policy

All returns must be received within 30 days of receiving the item; otherwise, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Non-personalized items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. If standard shipping is chosen, you will receive your order within 8 to 10 business days after placing it. For customers outside the continental United States, delivery can take within 14 days with standard international shipping or within 8 days with express international shipping.
