Shipping Policy

Items weighing less than 120lbs per box will be shipped via UPS Ground & Express, FedEx Ground & Express, or USPS Priority services. For items exceeding 120lbs per box, shipments will be handled by professional LTL trucking companies.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order only if the order is in pending or received status and if the order cannot be fulfilled and shipped within 7 business days. Additionally, orders can be canceled if the item has not yet been shipped.
