Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Same-day processing or shipping is not guaranteed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the contiguous 48 states for orders valued at $50 or less: $8.99.

Return Policy

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase using the provided shipping label. Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories. Non-clothing items cannot be returned if opened. Clothing items being returned must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Due to the automated nature of their fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

Warranty
