Return Policy

Priority Bicycles accepts returns of all non-final sale items within 30 days of purchase, provided the bike is returned in brand-new condition and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and re packaging costs.

Warranty Policy

Priority Bicycles offers a five (5) year warranty on its bicycle frames and forks against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original owner within the continental United States.
