Return Policy

If customers receive incorrect merchandise or are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact their Customer Care Specialists within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for instructions on how to return eligible items. Returns should include the original purchase receipt and all original packaging and inserts for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are sent via email within 24 hours of purchase. They cannot be delivered to physical addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

Warranty Policy

The warranty policy applies to all PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE'QWA ART® branded products purchased through the Precious Moments Mail Order Division, including PreciousMoments.com, as well as orders made by phone or email through Precious Moments Company, Inc. Customer Care Specialists.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed within the 48 contiguous states are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. International orders, as well as orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, may take between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
