Shipping Policy

The designated courier partners offer next-day delivery services and operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding local public holidays in Malaysia. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on the following Monday.

Return Policy

Returns must be shipped within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, accompanied by the return form (printed on the backside of the invoice). All items returned must be in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, and UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED to qualify for store credit only.

Gift Cards

You can check your Gift Card balance and full details by selecting My Account and then Store Credit. All POPLOOK Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

For in-store purchases, scan your barcode to earn points! Simply log in to your account on the POPLOOK App, select "My Member ID," and your barcode will be displayed there. Show this barcode at checkout to earn your points. Rewards will be credited approximately 21 days after the purchase date.
