Use Restrictions

The Backbone One does not require an app to function and is suitable for players of all ages! The controller can be used with any game that supports a game controller, such as Minecraft, Roblox, Apple Arcade games, and more. However, similar to iMessage, Fortnite, Discord, Houseparty, and most other social applications, Backbone requires users to be at least 13 years old, as it's used for voice chat and social interactions. Apple also mandates users to be a minimum of 13 years old to use Sign In With Apple for online security purposes.

Distribution Policy

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. If you have provided an email address, you will receive confirmation emails regarding your order and its shipment. We offer free shipping to all 50 states. Backbone provides free postal service to deliver the Backbone One to 50 U.S. addresses within 4 to 12 business days, depending on the destination, at no cost to you. You may select express delivery during checkout, and any additional charges for expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international customers outside the U.S., we offer FedEx International shipping services.

1 Year Warranty

Backbone Labs, Inc. ("Backbone") warrants that, for one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the authorized distributor and the original end-use purchaser, your Backbone One ("Backbone One") will be in new condition, in its original packaging, and free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship when used under normal conditions.
