Shipping Policy

Palm Beach Perfumes is pleased to offer free standard shipping to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Guam via Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days). U.S. orders will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup products) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of receiving. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping and gift wrapping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping costs you incur for returning the product will not be refunded, and shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless the company made an error. Refunds or exchanges are not available for Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
