Delivery Information

If a product features a green ‘Fast Delivery' banner, it qualifies for their Fast Delivery service and will be delivered within 2-3 business days. They strive to deliver all Standard Delivery orders within 3-10 business days, except for Scotland, where delivery may take up to 14 days during busier periods.

Return Policy

When returning a product, please note there is a £35 collection fee. Items that require assembly cannot be returned once built. For our Made-to-Order Sofa Collection, we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee: if after 30 days you are still dissatisfied with your sofa's comfort, you may return it.
